Personalized gym classes for everyone

We are a gym dedicated to teaching you how to get strong whether you are new to weight training or have years under your belt. Our goal is to help you perform these movements safely and with proper form to make measurable progress.

Get 1 on 1 attention in a group setting

Each trainee will get their own lifting station. You will get your own power rack, barbell, and a station to deadlift. Get measurable progress with no wasted effort. Our coaches will take care of the programming, all you have to do is show up and work hard!

Classes are up to one hour and fifteen minutes in length. Our goal is to get you fit without getting hurt, that is we keep our classes to 4 to 5 people. Coaches will keep a close eye on you the entire time helping from your warm-up sets to your working sets.

How classes work

Before we have you train in a class setting setting we need to make sure you are able to perform our core exercises safely and with correct form. In order for us to have classes run smoothly and train efficiently we do require an introduction to barbells class. In this 60-75 minute class, we will teach you in detail why we lift the way we do, how to perform the lifts, and how we recover and get ready for the next session. Click below for more information.

Strength training has many health benefits as we age. Benefits include increased bone density, building muscle tissue, and increased glucose tolerance and sensitivity, just to name a few.

New to strength training

Beginners thrive when training with barbells and performing compound movements. Our coaches make sure you are performing these movements safely and efficiently so there is no wasted effort. We will coach you through your warm-up sets and working sets and you will be on your own personalized plan.

Strength training over 50

Training over the age of 50 is very important to maintain good health and vitality. Training is a great way to increase longevity and can help prevent many common diseases.
