Moises is the Head Fitness Coach at ML Strength & Conditioning. Moises obtained his BA in Kinesiology from California State University Dominguez Hills and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This means he's been trained in anatomy, physiology, and corrective exercise. Moises understands that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
